Why mate in pasta?

We started Mate & Fork because we were obsessed with two things: yerba mate and great pasta. Turns out, they're a natural pair. The earthy, slightly bitter notes of mate balance perfectly with a rich sauce. The caffeine is a bonus. Every batch is small, every ingredient intentional. This isn't a gimmick — it's a better bowl.
